1. The customer can place orders on the website following the steps described therein.
2. By placing the Order, the Customer is obliged and liable for the truthfulness and accuracy of all the data he/she has entered.
3. The Customer authorises the Seller to contact him/her in any way possible in connection with the Order placed by him/her.
4. The cost of delivery of the product is based on the location and the weight of the ordered product. Delivery costs are not included in the prices advertised on the Website and are at the customer's expense. For your convenience, an indicative shipping cost is calculated at the time of completion, which does not include the cost of payment for the products / cash on delivery, bank charges, etc./.
II. INVOICE
1. The Prices displayed on the Website are final with VAT and all statutory taxes and charges included.
2. The price and method of payment are displayed in each Order.
3. The Customer is required to provide all information necessary for the issue of the invoice.
4. The Seller shall issue an invoice and/or a receipt using the information provided by the Customer without verifying it.
5. The invoice and/or receipt will be delivered physically with the delivery of the product itself.
III. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
1. The Seller shall deliver the ordered and purchased Products by Courier Company to the address specified by the Buyer or to the office of the Courier Company, depending on the Customer's choice.
2. The Seller shall pack the Products in a manner to ensure their delivery in normal commercial condition.
3. The Goods will be accompanied by all necessary payment documents, warranties and instructions /if any/.
4. The cost of delivery of the products will be stated on the order form /due to changing fuel prices minor changes in this cost are possible/.
IV. RETURN POLICY
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 55 (1) The customer shall have the right, without owing any compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to return the product ordered from the online store within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
The cost of delivery and return of the product shall be at the expense of the customer.
The product must be unopened, in the original packaging and in the form in which it was received and must comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 55 (7).
According to Art. 55 (6) of the Consumer Protection Act, the Supplier is obliged to refund to the Customer in full the amounts paid by the Customer no later than 30 days from the date on which the Customer has exercised his right to withdraw from the concluded contract.
The amount will be refunded as follows:
- payments made by debit or credit card - to the account from which the payment was made;
- payments made by cash on delivery - to the bank account provided by the Customer;
IMPORTANT! Personalised jewellery made specifically for the customer cannot be returned as it is personally made and targeted to the needs of a specific individual.
V. RETURN PROCESS
1. The buyer describes in our Contact Form which product(s) he/she wishes to return. He/she can indicate the Order Number and the Date when it was placed. He/she shall also state the reasons why he/she wishes to return the product and his/her wish for a refund;
2. The buyer shall arrange the return of the product and/or service to the address from which it was sent;
3. The buyer pays all costs of returning the product and/or service;
4. The product must be in its original packaging, with original labels, stickers and advertising elements;
5. The product must be accompanied by all documents it came with, such as invoice, receipt, warranty card, instructions, etc.
6. The product must be in such a condition that no additional investment is required for its next sale;
7. In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the Seller shall be entitled to refuse to accept the product back or to charge for the cost of restoring the product to a commercial form.
8. The Seller has the right to delay the payment of amounts until receipt of the returned products, as well as their inspection for their eligibility for return.
9. In the event that the product has been paid for but the Seller determines that it cannot be delivered, the Seller shall refund the amounts paid within 7 days of such determination or the date of the Buyer's expressed desire to terminate the contract.
